Hi there,
I have a burning question here and hope someone can answer. I am an endodontist and I use sodium hypochlorite to disinfect the root canal system. After oxidizing the NaOCl becomes salt.
Now I wish to know: how much is the concentration of sodium ions (or sodium chloride) after disinfection? I use NaOCl 2%.
Can someone give me the answer or hand me the tools so I can figure it out myself? At school I was never very good at chemistry. One of the reasons why I became a dentist. Very Happy
