| how do you carefully remove a case of old dynamite that has yellow ooze coming out of it? isn't that nitroglycerin? and how do you dispose of it? |

Carefully move the case,( or what ever amount), to an open area. Then burn it. I know it sounds crazy, but this is the accepted way of destroying
old dynamite. It perfectly safe to burn, and infact doesn't burn all that well.

Uh yeah, no, you must call the bomb squad at that point; there are many ways they can safely dispose of the dynamite, but *moving* it is right out! No, no, no.
That unstable dynamite can pop at any time, and should not be touched. You should immediately, and I mean yesterday, call the police, fire department, someone who can send bomb disposal experts to the location.
