I would like to know how a popscicle stick is made and all the materials used to make them.

Usually of birch wood. Thin ribbons of wood are cut with a blade then dies shaped like the sticks punch them out.
In the west it is hightly automated and fast, in the far east it is very manual. But China has a lot of birch trees so they supply most of the world.
