Hi~ I have to do a commodity paper for geography. I chose apple jelly as my example. What I have to do for the paper is to trace its inputs, labour, and technology used in producing it. I am hoping to know the tech/machines used, so...if anyone works for a jam/jelly company/place, would he/she kindly tell me what are they and how they work (how do they work, what do they do to the inputs...etc)?
