i need lots informations, about how to make liquid UHT milk, flavoured milk, yogurt and cheese...about the process, ingredients, and machines that need it, because i have final assignment for my university...
in my assignment, i'm going to make milk, yogurt and cheese company...help me plzzz...i really need it...thxxxxxx a lotsss...^.^
