Hi. I am a university student and am looking for technical information about the outer shell of a plasma television. I know its made from injection moulded plastic, but...

- Does anyone know the chemical composition?
- Under what temperature is it moulded?
- How much does it cost per unit to manufacture?
- What is its weight (shell alone)?

Can anyone please help?
