very simple, it's gypsum so called plaster of Paris. Try this formula;
100ml water
50gr caco3
mix both well,then add:
75gr gypsum
stir and transfer them in mold fast, the formula will thicken in only 3 minutes.

Dear Sirs/Madames,
I am finding the way to make a trial with dustless chalk but as I found
from the internet, it's hard to get out the ingredients. I also made a
search from your freepatentonline but I did not find out. So, I write this
to you as a request to show me some webpages, some patents (or would
you please tell me if possible) about the proportion of ingredients of
dustless school chalk. Maybe a full description. Thank you very much and wait for your reply soon!
Regards,

Hi there,
I have experimented with gypsum power to make dustless chalk and failed but as i have read the questions and answers i realise that is is not possible. What i would like to know than is what are the raw material to make dustless chalk.
Hi, Dustless chalk is made from a mixture of materials such as whiting, a special lime and binders. We don't make any of the ingredients and thus only have a general knowledge about the mixture which could vary from maker to maker.
